1. Scope
These Terms govern the conditions for using the invoice management service provided by Miharai. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must keep your registration information accurate and up to date. You are responsible for managing your account credentials and may not lend, transfer, or share your account with third parties.
3. Plans and Fees
The service offers free, paid, and team plans. The free plan ends 30 days after registration. Pricing, renewal timing, and feature differences for paid plans are shown during signup or within the service.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not engage in unauthorized access, illegal activity, infringement of third-party rights, interference with service operations, submission of false information, or any other conduct we deem inappropriate.
5. Data Handling
We use reasonable care in handling invoice data, customer data, notification settings, and other information you store in the service. You should also maintain your own backups when necessary.
6. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the service when necessary for maintenance, incident response, legal compliance, or other operational reasons.
7. Disclaimer
We are not liable for damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, except where caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of invoice contents and notifications before relying on them.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary. If a material change is made, we will provide notice through the service or by another appropriate method.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute related to the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our principal place of business as the court of first instance.
